Separate and sealed bids for the construction of PHASE TWO - WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS where the Contractor will replace approximately 20,000 feet of water line. Bids will be received by the Alpine Water Association herein called the "owner" at the office of Engineering Solutions, Inc., 180 Magee Drive, Pontotoc, MS 38863, until 10:00 a.m. local time, on January 14th, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the office of:

1)      Alpine Water Association, and
2)      Engineering Solutions, Inc.

The BID SCHEDULE may be examined at the following locations:

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be unit price pay items as indicated in the Bid Form. Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, are being made available via paper copy or digital copy. Plan holders are required to log-in or register for a plan room account at www.esiplans.com to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid Documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in "pdf' format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids. Note - electronic bids must be secured with a bid bond. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void by the owner.
